PAIGE FRIEDMAN
About
Paige Friedman is a Texas-born actress, writer, and filmmaker originally from Fort Worth. She earned her BFA in Acting from Boston University's College of Fine Arts School of Theatre, where she developed a strong foundation in classical performance and movement-based character work. During her semester abroad at the Accademia dell'Arte in Arezzo, Italy, she studied Commedia dell'Arte, clowning, acrobatics, and physical theatre—training that continues to inform her expressive, embodied approach to acting.
Before Boston University, Paige trained extensively at Fort Worth Country Day, where she was actively involved in theatre, improv, and drama from kindergarten through graduation. She received the Betty Lynn Buckley Award for Best Female Ensemble Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Anybodys in West Side Story.
Following graduation, Paige spent seven years in Los Angeles pursuing both acting and filmmaking. Alongside commercial and theatrical work, she gained experience across nearly every stage of production, serving as an executive assistant, editing apprentice, producer-in-training, and script supervisor for Cineville's independent features Something About Her and Disconnected. She also worked with the art, props, and makeup departments on film & television productions, including NBC's Reverie, FX's Snowfall, and and music videos for artists including Meghan Trainor, Jason Mraz, and G-Eazy.
As an actor, Paige has appeared in independent films, immersive theatre, television projects, music videos, and commercials. Her credits include Amazon Studios' Godforsaken, Alice in the Wonderland Experience at the W Hotel Hollywood, multiple original television pilot presentations, and most recently background work in Paul Thomas Anderson's One Battle After Another. She has also written two feature-length screenplays.
Paige continues to study with Sal Romeo at Friends & Artists Studio, building on training with Deryn Warren, The Acting Corps Advanced Program, and Brian Reise's Acting Studio. She is passionate about creating fully realized, physically expressive characters and is always seeking opportunities to collaborate on thoughtful, character-driven stories.
